Promised Paperback Giveaway: Joshua Henkin's MATRIMONY

As promised, Practicing Writing has the pleasure of offering a wonderful giveaway this week: a custom-inscribed copy of Joshua Henkin's novel, Matrimony, which is now available in paperback. (Even better, Josh has indicated that he'll be happy to send the book anywhere in the world, so you need not be a U.S. resident to win this one.)

Hopefully, you remember Josh and his book from this interview with us. But you can learn more about him and Matrimony at Josh's Web site, too.

Here's how the giveaway will work (thanks to my sister, a.k.a. the giveaway goddess, for the basic outline):

One Practicing Writer reader will win a paperback copy of Matrimony, custom-inscribed by author Joshua Henkin. Here are the giveaway rules:

1) To enter, please comment on THIS post (click on "comments" below).
2) Post your comment by 6pm (Eastern time) Thursday, September 4. One entry per person, please. Please note that comments on this blog are moderated and therefore will not appear instantly.
3) One winner will be chosen with the help of a random number generator and announced on Friday morning, September 5.
4) NOTE: If you wish to be contacted by e-mail if you win, please include your e-mail address in your comment (example to help avoid having your address "harvested": writer(at)yahoo(dot)com). Otherwise, you must check back on Friday to see if you won. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited after 48 hours.

Good luck!

I hadn't read the interview with Henkin, and reading it today, when I officially start my MFA program, was perfect. (And of course, I'd love to read his book!)

Zoe, it is fine if you don't live in the U.S.

And now I'll step back into the virtual shadows.
