Friday Find: Five Sources for Daily Poetry

Earlier this week, I alluded to the fact that I subscribe to several e-services that send me a poem every day. I'm sure that many of you subscribe as well, but I thought I'd provide five representative services for those who have yet to try them.
Enjoy, and have a wonderful weekend. See you back here on Monday!

Thanks, Erika. I just subscribed to Your Daily Poem. Easy!

I can't say I'm a real poetry buff but I'm trying to get my son interested in it. Thank you for the links.

Where do you find the time to read all this?!

I already have The Writers Almanac on email and have signed up for the Poem-a-day from Poets.org after your post. Do I dare try out some more? :)

Thanks for the comments! Chryselle, I'm not *currently* subscribed to all five services, though at some point, I've tried each of them. It CAN be overwhelming.

Thanks so much for the mention, Erika. YDP is different from most poetry venues in that we try to find poems that will resonate with, and appeal to, those who aren't ordinarily drawn to poetry. Skeptics and reluctant poetry readers might want to give us a try!
